The free trial
Every plan can be tried free for 14 days with no card, so you can be sure before you pay.
Refund within 14 days
If you buy a plan and decide it is not for you, write to us within14 days of the payment. We refund the full amount to the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days, and the licence is deactivated.
After that
Payments are not refunded after the refund window, but you can cancel at any time: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed. Your data stays on your computer, and OSuite remains read-only after expiry, so you can still open, print and back up everything.
Cancelling
Write to us from the email on your licence, or callus. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month in progress; yearly plans at the end of the year in progress.
Payments that fail or are taken twice
If a payment is taken twice or for the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full as soon as we confirm it.
