Licenceagreement

What your licence lets you do with the OSuite software on your computers.

Last updated 15 October 2026

The licence

OfinIT grants your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use OSuite for its own business, for the plan, number of users and period you have paid for, or for 14 days as a trial.

Computers and users

A licence is activated on one computer at a time, which serves the users your plan includes. To move it to another computer, deactivate it on the first, or ask us to.

Licence checks

OSuite checks its licence online every 14 days, sending only what the privacy policy lists. If it cannot check in, or the paid period ends, it continues for 7 days and then turns read-only: you can still open, print and back up all your data.

What you may not do

  • Copy, sell, rent or sublicense OSuite.
  • Remove or bypass the licence check, or use one licence on more computers than it allows.
  • Reverse engineer OSuite, except where the law permits it despite this agreement.

Third-party software

OSuite includes open-source components, including PostgreSQL and Node.js, each under its own licence; those licences are included with the software and are not limited by this agreement.

Your data

Data you enter is yours. Nothing in this licence gives us any right to it.

Warranty and liability

The terms of service set out our warranty and the limits of our liability, and apply to this licence as well.

Ending the licence

The licence ends when your plan ends without renewal, or if you breach this agreement. After it ends, OSuite stays read-only so you keep access to your data.
