Every document posts its own balanced entry. Posted documents cannot be edited, numbers never skip, and an edit history records who changed what. Closed years are locked.
Your own login
Your client gives you your own login, with the Accountant role to keep the books or a read-only one to review them, so the edit history shows what you did. In the cloud edition you open it from your office.
Returns from the documents
