Order,deliver, bill
Sales orders that track what has gone out and what has been billed, with delivery challans for goods on the move.

From quotation to order to invoice.
An accepted quotation becomes a sales order in one click, with the same items and rates. Confirm it and it takes its number; each order shows how much is delivered and how much is invoiced.
Purchase orders work the same way for what you buy: goods received against the order, then the vendor’s bill.
Delivery challans, in part or in full.
Send goods against an order in as many deliveries as it takes. Each delivery challan carries the value of the goods and the vehicle number, takes the stock out when it is posted, and prints ready to travel with the goods.

Bill what actually went out.
Make the invoice from the challans that have not been billed yet, so the customer pays for what they received. Cancel the invoice and its challans can be billed again.
