Payment links
Open Payments and email in the menu and choose Razorpay as the provider, with the key id and key secret from your Razorpay dashboard. A posted invoice then has a link with a pay-online button. On the cloud edition, add a webhook for payment_link.paid so payments are recorded on their own; on a desktop, use “Check online payment” on the invoice.
In the same place, enter your mail server (SMTP) details to email documents from OSuite.
Online store
Open Online store in the menu, tick Store open, and save. Tick “Show in online store” on each product to list. Share the store’s link; orders arrive as draft sales orders with a WEB reference the customer can quote.
